The Owners: Don and Ann Ninness purchased the B & B in the summer of 2005 with the goal of providing a memorable experience for every guest. They have accomplished this by creating a “getaway” environment coupled with first class service. Their antique art project continues to blossom with each new day to serve clientele from all over the world.

An Historic Inn: The southern colonial style home, Speedway Bed & Breakfast is the largest house in the town of Speedway.  For over one hundred it provided a “home-away from home” for visitors to Indianapolis and the town of Speedway. An historic piece of the world-renowned community, the house was originally built in 1905 on 900 acres of land. Throughout the years was much of the land around the home was sold-- and the town of Speedway built up surrounding the estate. The property has been a Bed and Breakfast since 1998 serving as a secluded retreat for guests and travelers.

Rates: Room rates range from $78.00 to $175.00.  Rates do not include taxes or any additional fees that may apply.  Rates subject to change.  Long term live in guests stay at reduced rates depending on length of stay. Main Level
The Getaway Suite and Library Room -$147.00

Antique queen canopy bed, flat screen TV, fireplace, 2 person jet jacuzzi, large walk-in shower, sitting area, side glass door exit to gardens and adjoining doorway with lock option.  Includes a couch that pulls out to make a double bed, TV, ceiling fan, antiques, an armoire, and half bathroom.

Second Level
The Vintage Room (King bed or two twin beds – private bath) - $98.

The Trackside Room (Queen bed – private shower) - $98.

THE GATHERING ROOM - Available for board retreats, meetings, activity space for party needs, Scrap booking, weddings, bridal showers and other special occasions are welcome in this comfortable sitting room. It is equipped with TV, DVD, Projector and Overhead Screen with LCD connection and Laptop hookup. Extreme Dark, Bright and Dim lighting is available in the room that utilizes air conditioning  that can be set at 70 degrees and ceiling fans.  Banquet tables and pull out chairs are available for your groups need.  
Quotes on equipment and meeting space rental varies.

THE ENTIRE SPEEDWAY BED & BREAKFAST - Reserve the entire Inn at $1,500 for two nights includes use of the kitchen, dining room, sitting room, gathering room and overnight sleeping for 12 – 14 people. Check in at 4:00 pm and check out at 1:00 pm.

NUTRITION:  The Inn keeps an elaborate assortment of breakfast favorites such as Fresh Pineapple, Blue or Raspberry fruit topped with Whip Cream and Mimosas!  Nutritious options include Meat assortments such as Beef links, Turkey or Pork bacon and sausage, Spicy Vegetable and Plain Cheese Omelets are also a healthy choice with side of Hash brown and Sliced Tomatoes from the garden.  Waffles, Pancakes, Biscuits and Gravy and our Casseroles have always been a favorite for large groups.  Or try a basic gourmet delight such as Eggs Benedict on English muffin or scone.  No-one leave hungry! Continental Options are always available for those IN A RUSH... enjoy a yogurt to go, take a grain bar, grapes, apple, orange, plum, or banana.  Cereal, donuts, coffee cake, granola, milk, coffee, cream and sugar, orange, apple and cranberry juice, filtered ice or bottled water are just a short list of everyday guest favorites.  Breakfasts are made to order upon request.

THE TEA ROOM- To the side of the dining room is the guest refrigerator located for your personal food and beverage storage.  It also contains bottled water, sodas, juice, snacks, fruit infused teas and coffee available free to guests day and night to meet your dietary needs or emergency.
